The beginning of the 90s came with attitude: fast, loud and wild; reminding us of the punk generation. We see this reflected in Circle, the photographic work of filmmaker Karim Patwa. It gives us a glimpse into a time which was so influential for his generation. His selected photographs depict the scene he was part of back then in his hometown of Biel, a scene that was very present in the alternative lifestyle culture. Circle includes long-term observations from his circle of friends and various impressions from his travels through Europe, which continue to the present day.
